We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

1. Shipping errors
2. Damaged goods
3. Dissatisfaction

All products offered by titicollection.com are protected by a 7 Day, Full Satisfaction Policy, which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.

We are absolutely confident that you will be happy with your purchase from us because each piece is inspected by hand for quality. We understand however, that every customer is unique, and we are flexible to meet your particular needs. Customer satisfaction in our products and services is our top priority.

If, for any reason, you are not content with your purchase, please contact us. To expedite the processing of your return, kindly include the following information:

1. Your full name and the dates the order was placed and received
2. A list of the product(s) to be exchanged or refunded
3. The reason for the return of the products

We will provide instruction on where to return your item(s). You must return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for exchange or refund. You must send your returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund/replacement to be issued. We do not charge a restocking fee, but in such cases, we lose the cost of the initial shipping and so can not pay for shipping both ways. Refunds are made in the same form as initial payment (e.g. refunded on your credit card) and may take up to seven business days to process after we receive the tracking number for the returned goods. If you wish to receive a gift card for the amount of the item returned, please call Customer Service for Special Gift Return Instructions at 888-870-3426 or email Customer Service.

Refunds, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn merchandise. All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original ticketing and tags attached. Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear may be returned when unworn and in original packaging or with original ticketing still attached. We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.

When mailing your return, be sure to get a tracking number or insurance in the event the package is lost or misdirected. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit. Mail packages to: 4330 Normal Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90029.

Exchanges will be granted on unworn merchandise returned within 7 business days. The process for exchanges is to complete a return first and issue a refund back to the original payment method on the order. Then a new exchange order is placed and recharged to the same payment method used, minus any shipping fees. The new order will be sent via standard delivery.

At this time we do not offer a gift receipt with our shipments. If you are returning a gift you received you will need to mail the return back with the invoice you received from the web order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Any activity that occurs under your username is your responsibility, including but not limited to, any purchases made. Allowing another individual to utilize your username and/or password may result in account terminattion.

Your account can be terminated at any time for any reason or no reason at all with or without your consent or prior notice without any explanation provided; however, this agreement would still remain in effect.

This site is reserved for personal use only. Any advertising or commercial use is strictly forbidden.
